ABOUT
Mark Ellis is a legal scholar and educator with more than twenty-five years of experience teaching and writing in business law and intellectual property. He holds a post Juris Doctor LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from the Franklin Pierce School of Law at the University of New Hampshire and earned the Doctor of Juridical Science degree from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law.
Dr. Ellis has written and taught widely on business law, cross border regulation, intellectual property enforcement, and the legal risks faced by United States companies operating in global markets. His scholarship connects careful legal analysis with practical guidance for lawyers and business leaders working within complex international regulatory systems. He has also served as the patent law panel moderator for the intellectual property symposium hosted by the McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California.
