ABOUT
Matthew is a rising 3L at the University of Miami School of Law, where he is a member of the Business Law Review. He also serves as a Steven Chaykin Fellow for the Center for Ethics and Public Service and as Executive Vice President of the Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board. Passionate about a career in litigation, Matthew is currently a Summer Associate at Fowler White Burnett, P.A.’s Miami office.
This past spring, Matthew served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Jonathan Goodman for the Southern District of Florida. Next year, he will be externing for the Honorable Adalberto Jordan for the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Influenced by his background as a dishwasher, pizza maker, Chinese restaurant cook, and barista, Matthew enjoys cooking in his spare time.
