Maureen Kelly is co-chair of the ABA Cybersecurity Legal Task Force. She recently retired from Northrup Grumman where she served as an Assistant General Counsel/Corporate Director focusing on Information Technology, Industrial Security, Service Centers Operations, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain Operations, Flight Operations, and Enterprise Resource Planning. She also served as a member of the Northrop Grumman Corporate Security Council and provided legal support to the company’s Privacy Office.
