MEGAN H. ROBERTS is a partner in the Global Finance practice group in the firm’s Chicago office. Megan’s practice primarily involves representing arrangers, investors and issuers in connection with asset securitization, structured finance and similar commercial finance transactions, including asset-backed commercial paper conduit transactions and offerings of asset-backed and mortgage-backed securities. She has assisted in the financing of traditional asset classes, including personal loans, trade receivables, student loans, auto loans, credit card receivables, floor-plan loans, equipment leases and shipping containers, as well as nontraditional asset classes such as servicer advances, structured settlements, television royalty rights, healthcare receivables, timeshare receivables and whole business securitizations. Megan earned her J.D. from University of Michigan Law School, where she graduated cum laude.
