ABOUT
Michael M. Wiseman is Of Counsel to Sullivan & Cromwell LLP where he was a partner from 1985 through 2020. He was a member of the firm’s executive committee for over 20 years, and served as head of its financial institutions practice. His representations include banks, insurance companies, payment systems, rating agencies and fund managers on a variety of issues. Mr. Wiseman is a is a Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School. He graduated from Harvard College and Harvard Law School, and is a member of the bars of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the States of Connecticut and New York.
