Michaela Battista Sozio is partner in the Litigation practice. She is an experienced litigator with more than 20 years of experience in the courtroom and has defended corporate and individual clients in a variety of matters. She handles all types of complex litigation including copyright infringement, trademark infringement, toxic torts, products liability, catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, negligence cases, premises liability, business torts, employment (sexual harassment, racial harassment, wrongful termination, etc.) and other litigated matters. Michaela also frequently provides defense monitoring and case evaluations for excess carriers and advises commercial entities regarding risk management.
