ABOUT
Michael L. Spafford is a partner in the White Collar Defense and Investigations practice of Paul Hastings LLP. In addition to representing clients in government investigations and enforcement proceedings, Mr. Spafford represents and counsels clients with respect to compliance with the laws and regulations governing derivatives and commodities. Mr. Spafford is co-vice chair of the IDPPS and co-vice chair of the ABA Derivatives and Futures Committee.
