Nastassia Merlino is a Corporation LLM candidate at NYU School of Law where she focuses on M&As, Private Equity, and corporate transactions.
She serves as a Graduate Editor for the NYU Journal of Law & Business and as a Graduate Research Fellow at the NYU Pollack Center for Law & Business. She graduated from NYU Steinhardt with a Master’s in Music Business, after graduating with her first degree in law (magna cum laude) and Certificate in Transnational Law (summa cum laude) from the University of Geneva in Switzerland.
