Nathaniel R. Torres is VP, Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at MUFG Bank, advising the board and senior leadership on governance, operations, and strategic matters. He previously served as Assistant General Counsel at Carver Bancorp and worked at the U.S. Department of Justice on litigation cases against major U.S. financial institutions involved in the 2008 financial crisis. Nathaniel earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 2014.
