ABOUT
Nate has substantial experience representing clients in a wide range of complex matters in state and federal courts. His practice encompasses all aspects of civil litigation and includes assisting clients with internal investigations and compliance issues, drafting and arguing motions, conducting written and oral discovery, handling mediations and arbitrations, and resolving cases.
Nate spent his youth in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains, where he learned to play the trumpet, operate a steamboat, and root for the Bills (though the latter has mostly been a lesson in coping with severe disappointment). Before discovering his calling as a lawyer, Nate dreamed of becoming an actor and, later, a broadcast journalist. He credits his parents with instilling his positive outlook, tenacious work ethic, and intrepid spirit.
