ABOUT
Nayelly serves as IT and Enterprise Counsel for 7-Eleven, Inc. where she drafts and negotiates technology agreements, advises on AI and technology infrastructure legal risks, and supports the company’s technology strategy by enabling efficient, compliant deployment of innovative tools. She also serves as Co-Chair of the legal department’s internal AI Committee. She is a 2025-2027 ABA Business Law Fellow and Diversity Officer of the BLS Cyber and Technology Law Committee.
