Based in Cape Town, South Africa, Neil Taylor is the Chief Operating Officer of Infinite Foods, the premier marketing and distribution platform in Africa for leading plant-based brands. He is an experienced executive and General Counsel with strong experience in compliance, negotiations, M & A and operations. His 30+ years of experience includes as General Counsel of NASDAQ 100 listed Millicom International Cellular, where he led the teams that divested Millicom’s Asian assets and African tower infrastructure and as Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer and Deputy General Counsel of global electronics distributor Avnet, Inc. At Avnet, he managed the company’s worldwide litigation portfolio and developed and implemented a best-in-class global ethics and compliance program.
Neil started his career as a litigator at Lewis and Roca in Phoenix, where he specialised in complex commercial litigation and appellate matters. He holds a J.D. from the University of Cincinnati and and B.A. in Political Science from Indiana University.
