ABOUT
Nicholas Barry Creel is Associate Professor of Business Law and Director of the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Georgia College & State University. He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from Texas Tech University, a LL.M. in International and Comparative Law from St. Mary’s University School of Law, and a J.D. with a Cyber-Law concentration from The University of Dayton School of Law.
Professor Creel’s research focuses on the intersection of law, technology, politics, and business, with particular expertise in AI and copyright law and digital currencies. He is a frequent contributor to major media publications including Newsweek and The Hill, and has been featured as a legal expert on various national media outlets.
