Marjorie Witter Norman practices intellectual property counseling and litigation. Marjorie helps clients obtain and protect their intellectual property through trademark preparation and prosecution, portfolio strategy, licensing, clearance, and opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. She also has experience with patent, trademark, unfair competition and trade secret matters in front of several federal district courts, the U.S. International Trade Commission and the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.
Marjorie has experience with intellectual property matters in various fields, including consumer goods, fashion, semiconductors, secure systems design, internet technology, network monitoring systems, cryptography, fiber optic filters, as well as cosmeceuticals and other areas of biotechnology.
