Norm Champ is a partner in the Investment Funds Group in Kirkland’s New York office. His practice specializes in solving complex regulatory issues related to the structuring, formation, governance and management of investment advisers and investment funds, including investment adviser registration and management, and SEC examinations and enforcement matters. Prior to joining Kirkland, Norm was the Director of the Division of Investment Management at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
