Pam Ly is an attorney licensed in New York and Washington, D.C. Her role at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority’s (FINRA) Office of International Affairs includes facilitation of bilateral engagement with foreign regulators through international cooperation and information-sharing, and monitoring of global regulatory developments impacting firms, markets, and investors. During her leisure, Pam advocates for social responsibility and business integrity through her pro bono work in the corporate sustainability and business and human rights (BHR) field. Pam is a CEDR-Accredited Mediator, Gemologist, member of the ABA Business Law Section, where she holds leadership positions in the Corporate Sustainability Law Committee, ABA Business Law Fellow, and an independent contributor on global supply chain and access to remedy/dispute resolution initiatives alongside international lawyers and BHR experts in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
