ABOUT
Patrick Howard is a partner and co-chair of Saltz, Mongeluzzi, & Bendesky’s Class Action Practice Group. Since 2005, Mr. Howard has successfully represented consumers, businesses, and municipal entities in class action litigation stemming from consumer fraud, false advertising, product liability and antitrust violations. Mr. Howard has been selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer every year between 2013 – 2026. Prior to that, he was named a Pennsylvania Rising Star in 2008, 2011 – 2012. Mr. Howard is a member of The Melvin M. Bellli Society and served on the board of the Philadelphia Bar Foundation between 2022-2025.
