Paul R. Hage is the chair of the insolvency & reorganization practice group at Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss, P.C. in Detroit, Michigan. He represents debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, creditors’ committees, asset purchasers and trustees in insolvency proceedings nationwide. Paul earned his Bachelor’s degree from James Madison College at Michigan State University, his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and his LL.M. in Bankruptcy from St. John’s University School of Law in New York. Paul frequently writes and speaks on bankruptcy issues. He is co-chair of the Claims and Priorities Subcommittee of the Business Bankruptcy Committee of the American Bar Association. In 2013, Paul received the Kathryn R. Heidt Memorial Award for Excellence in Scholarship, Leadership and Spirit from the ABA Business Law Section.
