Paul Holbrook is Associate General Counsel for HSBC Bank USA, N.A. and Head of the Payments, Deposits and Bank Operations Practice Group within WPB Legal. Mr. Holbrook has extensive experience with the laws, regulations and clearing house rules applicable to wire, ACH, check image, and real-time payments. He is the former Chair of the Payments & Electronic Banking Subcommittee of the American Bar Association’s Banking Law Committee and past Chair of The Clearing House’s Payments Law Committee.
