Randy Kominsky

ABOUT

Randy Kominsky is an author, speaker, and for over 30 years has advised companies and investors on turnarounds, restructurings, bankruptcies, and raising capital. He is the former Assistant General Counsel for Ryder System, National Partner in Charge of Corporate Restructuring for Coopers and Lybrand (PriceWaterhouseCoopers), and served as the Chief Investment Officer for the owner of the Minnesota Twins Major League Baseball Team. Randy is the Founder and Managing Partner of a private equity firm and the owner and CEO of a wealth management company. He has been an interim CEO, CFO, Chief Restructuring Officer, and Board Member of several public and private companies and has published numerous articles on various law and business topics.

Randy graduated from Temple University Law School, serving as an editor of the Law Review. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University (magna cum laude), graduating number one in the Finance Department. He is a Member of The Florida Bar.
