Raphaël Dalmas is the Partner in charge of the Mergers & Acquisitions practice at Astura. He has more than 20 years’ experience representing clients in all manner of M&A, private equity and financing, notably in the financial sector. Prior to founding Astura, Raphaël worked for over seven years at the Paris and New York offices of Debevoise & Plimpton LLP. He is an active member of the American Bar Association\’s Section of Business Law, and a frequent speaker at conferences. Raphaël is admitted to the Paris Bar (2005) and the New York Bar (2004), and speaks French, English, and Spanish. Raphaël is recognized as a leading practitioner by various rankings including Chambers and Partners and Legal500.
