Rebecca has experience of conducting data protection audits for a wide range of clients, assisting with GDPR and remediation work, as well as assisting clients with patents, IP infringement claims, drafting commercial contracts and advising in relation to IP structures and protection, and drafting IPO IP audits. Rebecca has a keen interest in the Food & Drink and Technology and Media & Telecoms sectors. Her article on “Private Enforcement of Competition Law in the UK” was published in Business Law Review in June 2017.
Rebecca also contributed to the American Bar Association’s ‘Business Law Today’, answering some of the frequently asked questions about Artificial Intelligence in the healthcare sector.
