ABOUT
Judge Platkin has presided over the Commercial Division of Supreme Court, Albany County for 19 years. Before his appointment to the bench, he served as Counsel to Governor George E. Pataki and clerked for Judge Roger J. Miner on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He also practiced patent law with Pennie and Edmonds and is a graduate of RPI and Albany Law School.
