Richard C. Balough is a founding member of Chicago-based Balough Law Offices, LLC, a firm that focuses on the internet of things, artificial intelligence, and entrepreneurship law. Mr. Balough is a past co-chair of the Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Subcommittee of the ABA’s Business Law Section Cyberspace Law Committee. He has authored chapters in various legal publications on copyrights, technology, internet of things, and privacy issues. He has masters of law degrees in Intellectual Property Law and in Information Technology and Privacy Law.
