Rob Isham is an associate in Sidley Austin LLP’s Global Finance group. He represents lenders, borrowers, placement agents and issuers in secured and unsecured syndicated financings, acquisition financings, sponsor financings, work-outs and debt restructurings, securitizations, strategic investor programs and other structured finance transactions. Rob’s commercial law experience includes analyses of the UCC, with a focus on attachment and perfection under Article 9, to the developing fields of blockchain, distributed ledger technology (DLT), cryptocurrency, digital currency, virtual currency, digital assets and tokenized assets.
