Robert J. Witte serves clients in the area of business litigation in state and federal courts, including general contract, financial services, governmental regulation and compliance, energy, business tort, ERISA, construction, and real estate. Robert listens to clients, learns their business objectives and helps achieve those goals while minimizing risk. Robert handles complex litigation matters with experience representing clients on both sides of the docket. He provides extensive representation to financial institutions with respect to security interests, foreclosure, workout, lien priority and other matters related to creditors’ rights. Robert also represents clients in federal and state government enforcement and compliance matters, and advises clients on document retention and electronic discovery issues.
