Robert Sutton is a partner in the New York office of Kirkland, where he is a member of the Investment Funds Group. He focuses his practice on the regulation of the managers and advisers of private funds (including hedge funds, private equity funds, real estate funds and other private funds), as well as the formation and operation of hedge funds, hybrid funds and other private investment funds and their sponsors.
