Russell Hall is an associate at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP. He has assisted clients on a range of transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, financings, corporate governance and other corporate matters. Russell was a co-lecturer in the Regulation of the Canadian Cannabis Industry course taught at Osgoode Hall Law School in 2018.
