Mr. Murphy practices in the area of corporate transactions and concentrates his practice on representing buyers and sellers in negotiated acquisitions and divestitures.
Ryan also has represented distressed asset purchasers and secured lenders in matters involving bankruptcy and corporate restructuring.
Before joining Potter Anderson, Ryan clerked for the Honorable Eduardo C. Robreno of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
