ABOUT
Sam graduated from Syracuse University in 2019, double majoring in Finance and Accounting. Thereafter, Sam worked at Deloitte & Touche as a Senior Consultant in CMBS Securitization. After three years at Deloitte, Sam decided to pursue his law degree from University of Miami School of Law.
During his time in law school, Sam has focused his studies on Business and Transactional Law. Following his 1L year, Sam clerked at Greenberg Traurig, LLP on the Corporate M&A team. Following his 2L year, Sam clerked at McDermott Will & Emery on the Corporate M&A team. Following graduation in 2025, and upon successful completion of the Florida Bar, Sam will be returning as an associate attorney to McDermott Will & Emery.
