ABOUT
Sandra Rocks’ practice focuses on creditors’ rights, with a focus on investment property and digital assets. She represents leading financial institutions in connection with financial market products, in particular the development and analysis of arrangements designed to mitigate credit risk and minimize adverse regulatory capital implications. She is a frequent speaker on these topics and related legal opinion matters. Sandra was a member of the drafting committee for the recently finalized new Article 12 of the Uniform Commercial Code (and related amendments) governing digital assets. She is a co-chair of an American Bar Association task force on Intermediated Securities Holding Infrastructure and was involved in the development of the Hague Securities Convention. Ms. Rocks is co-author of The ABC’s of the UCC, Article 8: Investment Securities, Second Edition and an author of several articles dealing with investment property.
