Sarah B. Gelb is a partner in the Corporate & Financial Services Department and a member of the firm’s Finance Department. She represents public and private companies, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as financial institutions, private debt funds and other lenders on an array of domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including secured financing and loan transactions, acquisition financing, recapitalizations, debt restructurings and debt offerings in private and public markets. Ms. Gelb’s practice also includes fund finance, back leverage and investment-backed finance, such as capital call and NAV financings.
Ms. Gelb served as contributing editor for the 2022 and 2023 editions of Acquisition Finance, and co-authored the comprehensive chapter for the United States.
