Sarah H. Duggin

ABOUT

Sarah Duggin is a Professor of Law and Director of the new Compliance, Investigations & Corporate Responsibility Program at The Catholic University of America’s Columbus School of Law.  Prior to joining the CUA faculty, Sarah served as Vice President & General Counsel of the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak); as Chief Counsel of the University of Pennsylvania Health System; as a partner in the Washington, D.C. law firm of Williams & Connolly where she handled criminal defense cases, internal investigations, and complex corporate litigation; and as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Spotswood W. Robinson, III, United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.  Sarah has published numerous articles in the fields of constitutional law, corporate law, compliance, and corporate responsibility.  She is also an Episcopal priest who serves part-time as Associate Rector at St. John’s – Georgetown Parish.
