ABOUT
SCOTT E. LUDWIG, partner, Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP, devotes his practice to business law (incorporated and unincorporated entities) and tax law. Scott is a Founding Fellow and current President of the American College of LLC and Partnership Attorneys and an elected Fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel. He has been actively involved in the ABA’s Business Law Section serving as its first Content Officer, a Council member, chair of the Publications Board, chair of the Committee on LLCs, Partnerships and Unincorporated Entities, chair of the Joint Editorial Board for Unincorporated Entities, a member of the Editorial Board of The Business Lawyer, a member of the Corporate Laws Committee, and a member of the Nonprofit Entity Committee. In recognition of his service to the Section, Scott was awarded the 2010 Section Chair’s Award, and was also recognized as the 2016 recipient of the Martin I. Lubaroff Award
