SELINA WONG is an associate in the firm’s Hong Kong Corporate Finance group and is based in the Hong Kong office. Ms Wong’s practice primarily focuses on cross-border joint venture, public takeover and M&A transactions. She advises listed companies on transactions and compliance issues involving the Hong Kong Listing Rules and the Codes on Takeovers and Mergers and Share Buy-Backs.
Ms. Wong is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
