Shanil Vitarana, executive director, QuisLex Global M&A and Corporate Solutions, has more than 15 years of global in-house legal experience with Fortune 500 public companies and a leading sovereign wealth fund-backed private company. He has led M&A, strategic investments and large commercial transactions in the U.S., as well as in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa while being based in Dubai, U.A.E., for several years. Vitarana oversees QuisLex M&A and corporate solutions and assists with business development. He received his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law, LL.M. from the University of Sydney Law School and his B.A. from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
