    ABOUT

    Shelly Rosenfeld is a Content Attorney at Continuing Education of the Bar (CEB), partnering with subject matter experts and conducting legal research and analysis to develop engaging legal content in multiple formats. Most recently, Shelly was the Director of the Disability Rights Legal Center’s Cancer Legal Resource Center (CLRC), earning the Cancer Patient Education Network (CPEN)’s Rising Star Award. Ms. Rosenfeld’s close to twenty legal articles have been featured in a variety of legal publications, including the Berkeley Journal of Entertainment & Sports Law, the UCLA Entertainment Law Review, and the Hastings Business Law Journal. In addition, Ms. Rosenfeld has spoken on the following podcasts: Money Rehab, CureTalks, and Becker’s Women’s Leadership. Ms. Rosenfeld volunteers as a Legislative Ambassador of the American Cancer Society’s Cancer Action Network.

    Previously, Ms. Rosenfeld worked as an in-house entertainment counsel at a production company and a studio, as an associate attorney at a large law firm, and as a prosecutor for misdemeanor cases in Los Angeles. Before becoming an attorney, Ms. Rosenfeld worked as a television anchor and reporter for an NBC affiliate in Arizona. She won a 2006 Edward R. Murrow Regional Award for Spot News Coverage and a 2005 Arizona Associated Press Award.

    Ms. Rosenfeld earned an LL.M. at UCLA Law School, a JD at UC Hastings College of the Law, a Masters Degree at Northwestern University, and a BA at UC Berkeley. She is a member of the State Bar of California, the State Bar of New York, and the District of Columbia Bar.
