He specialises in banking and finance, restructuring and insolvency, dispute resolution, and general corporate advisory, offering well-rounded legal and strategic counsel. He regularly acts as legal counsel to lenders, advising a diverse clientele on a wide range of banking and financing transactions, including syndicated lending (both secured and unsecured) and cross-border financing arrangements. His practice also encompasses handling complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and conducting detailed title due diligence for land and urban properties.
