ABOUT
Sina is an Associate at Astura. His practice covers Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Financing. Prior to joining Astura, he worked for several years in the M&A department of several high-profile international law firms in Paris. He holds a PhD in Corporate Law and Contracts Law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. His thesis examined the legal and contractual mechanisms available under French law to protect involved parties in a merger. He also holds a master’s degree in business law from Université Lyon III, Jean Moulin/EM Lyon Business School and is admitted to the Paris Bar. Fluent in French, English and Farsi, Sina is at ease navigating both domestic and cross-border transactions.
