Sofia Minzatu is an Associate in our Tax practice in Luxembourg.
Sofia has started her career with a Big4, acting as counsel for high profile international and domestic clients. She has further developed her expertise on an independent basis. Her practice includes successful advocacy in court and legal advice in several landmark restructuring and insolvency engagements involving major corporate lenders, investment funds or SMEs. Her areas of expertise cover restructuring proceedings, corporate turnaround and wind-down, distressed M&As (share and asset deals), wealth management and dispute resolution. Sofia’s diplomatic skills as well as her professional and thoroughly prepared manner allowed her to successfully conduct various negotiations. She joined our Luxembourg Tax team advising both corporate and private clients.
