ABOUT
Solomon Ezike is an Associate in the Corporate Group at Dentons in Toronto. His practice covers a wide range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters, including project finance, mergers and acquisitions, and international investment and trade law. He advises clients on structuring, negotiating, and closing complex transactions and projects, and has experience in international arbitration and the resolution of cross border investment and trade disputes.
Before joining Dentons, Solomon worked as a consulting counsel with the World Bank in Washington, D.C., where he provided strategic, risk-based advice on resource mobilization and innovative finance mechanisms. He also served with binational panels established under the Canada United States Mexico Agreement at both the Canadian and U.S. Trade Agreement Secretariats. Earlier in his career, he practiced at a top tier law firm in Nigeria.
