Sophie Cuthbertson focuses on innovative and complex structured finance transactions and private fund formation for high-profile clients. She is at the forefront of the initiative to develop securitization structures and fund products for alternative finance providers and marketplace lenders, and has completed a number of innovative deals within the space.
