Spencer Rubin is a Senior Associate at Fortis Law Partners, LLC in Denver, Colorado, where he counsels clients on an array of business issues, including commercial deals, licensing, M&A, privacy, and corporate governance. Spencer became interested in AI and the law through his work on technology transactions, especially as many of his clients began preparing to subscribe to solutions that integrated AI components.
