ABOUT
Stephen Krebs is a Vice President and Associate General Counsel at The Clearing House Payments Company. He provides advice on payments-related laws and regulations and legal support for The Clearing House’s ACH and check image exchange services, as well as its new RTP System. He also represents The Clearing House’s member institutions in payments advocacy efforts through comment letters and meetings with regulators. Prior to joining The Clearing House, he was an associate in the payment systems practice group at Alston & Bird. He received his B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and his J.D. from George Washington University Law School.
