Steven Andrew Light is Professor of Political Science and Public Administration at the University of North Dakota, where he co-directs the Institute for the Study of Tribal Gaming Law and Policy. Light is also appointed as a Senior Distinguished Fellow in Tribal Gaming at the International Center for Gaming Regulation at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). His recent publications include the second edition of the casebook, Indian Gaming Law (Carolina Academic Press, 2019) and “Sports Betting and Indian Gaming,” 9 UNLV Gaming L.J. 55 (2019).
