ABOUT
Tania Djerrahian is an associate in the Knowledge Management Group. She is responsible for the development and enhancement of precedents and practice resources for the mergers & acquisitions group. She is also very involved in the continuing education of practicing lawyers in the mergers & acquisition group and assists the group in various matters including client files.
Prior to joining the Knowledge Management Group, Tania practiced in our Montréal office from 2006 to 2011. Her practice focused on the areas of mergers & acquisitions, private equity and corporate finance. Tania’s experience includes advising Canadian and foreign clients in domestic and cross-border acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations and general corporate commercial matters.
Professional Activities
Tania is a member of the Quebec Bar. She is also a member of the Montreal Office’s Continuing Legal Education Committee and an active member of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association.
