ABOUT
Tanya is a Senior Associate in the New York office of FBT Gibbons LLP. She advises clients on complex mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and general corporate law matters. With over a decade of experience, she has led both domestic and multi-jurisdictional transactions ranging from middle-market to large-scale deals across the technology, energy, financial services, and other major sectors.
Tanya has particular expertise in the energy and digital infrastructure sectors, advising on acquisitions, investments, and strategic partnerships involving data centers and power generation assets. She regularly represents global private equity and venture capital investors across the investment lifecycle, including buyouts, growth investments, and exits. She also counsels multinational corporations and financial institutions on sophisticated strategic transactions.
Tanya is dual-qualified in New York and India. She earned her LL.M. from Columbia Law School, where she was recognized as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and her B.S.L. LL.B. with honors from ILS Law School, Pune, India.
She is a contributing editor to Business Law Today, published by the ABA Business Law Section, and serves as an associate editor with the ABA Young Lawyers Division. Tanya is also a published author with Bloomberg BNA and other leading legal publications.
