ABOUT
Tara Flanagan is a technology transactions attorney, with over 27 years of in-house counsel experience at global technology companies, including Cisco Systems, Polycom, Extreme Networks, McAfee, and Trellix/Skyhigh Security. She is currently with Cassidy Law, PllC. She holds a JD, cum laude, from Pepperdine Law School and a Bachelor of Arts, with honors, from Tulane University. She is an active member of the bars of California, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
