Throughout his twenty plus-year career as a deal lawyer, Tom has strived to deliver the best possible outcomes for his clients in executing their business transactions. Tom believes that by leveraging technology, smart staffing, best practices and effective use of data, lawyers can help their clients achieve enhanced business outcomes. As Greenberg Traurig’s Global Chair of Innovative Client Strategies and CEO of Recurve Solutions, LLC, Tom works to improve client experience in legal service delivery by helping other attorneys to deliver better quality legal services through innovation. In addition to helping lead the development of the MAC Digital Documentation Protocol, Tom serves as the Vice-Chair of the Technology in M&A Subcommittee of the ABA Mergers & Acquisitions Committee and was a contributing author to the ABA published book entitled “Using Legal Project Management in Mergers and Acquisitions Transactions: A Guidebook for Managing Deal Efficiently and Effectively.”
