ABOUT
Tom Kessler’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. Tom has represented a wide array of clients in complex litigation, including contractual disputes, securities-related class actions, and restructuring disputes. He was also a member of the trial team that secured a unanimous jury verdict in Ferguson v. JONAH, a first-of-its-kind lawsuit challenging the provision of conversion therapy as a fraudulent and unconscionable business practice. Tom joined the firm in 2013. He is resident in the New York office.
